CES's modular insulated
building components are quickly becoming
the product of choice for constructing low
humidity dry rooms. We engineer our
dry chambers to the customer's specific requirements:
Temperature, humidity and classification of cleanliness (down to class 100).
Our enclosures will withstand humidity levels
of less than -90° dewpoint. Custom built
to your specific application.
Low Humidity Chambers:

24 ga. steel interior panels, strapped cams for added strength,
high-temperature gasket sealed door & seams, stainless steel cap
covers, 4" foamed in-place urethane R-34 panels, painted white in/out.
(Siesmic restraint can be engineered into panels.)

Steel tapping plates, wall panel cut outs for conveyors in customs
sizes, custom man and equipment doors, silicone door gaskets, many
sizes of double pane view windows, energy efficient electronic ballasts
fluroescent light fixtures, exterior cam holes (if needed), touch
screen temperature and dewpoint control panel with built in data logger
and on screen graph.

Multiple finishes for
interior/exterior. Continuous insulated
panel lengths up to 15 ft. high, smooth finishes
without embossing or rigidizing to reduce
the chance of bacteria growth, removable
gaskets for ease of applying sealant to
seams, flush mounted view windows with aluminum
frames.
Options: Epoxy or poured uretahne floors, foamed in place
conduits with flush mount electrical outlets, junction boxes, internal foamed-in-place
structural members, wall cutouts, custom
stainless steel windows, drop ceilings,
control panels, cam straps in panels for
additional strength, structural support
